I just wanted to thank you again for all the help you gave me on the phone last week in relation to collecting the owed payment, and I thought you'd like to know the outcome.

I called the company and spoke to the man's wife and she assured me a BACS payment would be made that day.. and it was!

Fantastic outcome, I am so pleased, and I can't thank you enough because your advice gave me the confidence to feel I could ask for the money without worrying what they would think!

In fact, I followed the call to two other customers who were owing money as well!

My husband thinks I am debt-collector-extrordinaire!
