Litigation

We only recommend litigation as the last resort after all other options to resolving payment for goods and services have been exhausted.
You need to consider the cost of litigation and obtaining a judgement verses the likely hood of the plaintive meeting the judgement. Additionally, opting for litigation almost always results in a lost customer.
At Amril, we always try to resolve a disputed business to business (B2B) payment situation through mediation. If we are unable to resolve the disputed debt through mediation we will work with you to select the most appropriate course of action to recover the debt. We will clearly outline all costs before starting proceeding with your instruction.
Litigation Cycle
Amril can manage the whole litigation cycle on your behalf from issue to enforcement and if necessary apply for a Warrant of Execution if the debt is over £600.
This action will send the court bailiffs to your debtors’ premises either to receive settlement or to remove goods to the value of the debt.
For enforcement, you can use either the County Court bailiffs or the High Court Bailiffs. The difference is that County Court bailiffs are paid a salary but High Court Bailiffs are able to charge your debtor a fee and commission and are therefore more effective.
This information enables us to recover your debt without wasting time.
Enforcing Judgements
Upon your instruction we will initiate legal proceedings.
Where necessary we will use the courts in enforce judgements using our experience and skill to ensure that the most efficient and cost effective measures are used.
Let us bring our reputation and negotiation skills to the table to satisfy both you and your customers.
