Our clients Gardners Books requested our assistance in a debt of approximately £4000 which had been outstanding for the past 5 months and Gardners could not establish contact with the customer in Cyprus.

Solution

Amril managed to investigate the issue and was informed that contact needed to be made with the owner in Bahrain.

After extensive investigations, Amril contacted the owner and discussed what had occurred and was informed that the company had a cashflow issue, the owner admitted that contact was avoided so they could try and resolve the situation.

Result

We discussed our findings with Gardners and put in place a payment plan over a three month period.

The debt has now been paid in full.
